Rajkumar, (Director of Marketing and Finance at Worldwide Logistics (India) Pvt. Using a powerful analogy of a single mosquito disrupting an entire night’s sleep, he illustrated how confidence, knowledge, and talent can empower individuals to challenge societal issues and drive positive change. He highlighted three crucial elements knowledge, skills, and talent as key factors in transforming students into future leaders. He explained that institutions that provide the right knowledge, recognize each student’s unique talents, and develop those skills are the true pillars of progress, shaping the future. Rajkumar also stressed that every child has potential, and when talent goes unrecognized or undeveloped, it diminishes both the child’s and the nation’s future. He concluded that building a great nation requires identifying talent, honing skills, instilling confidence, and encouraging humility, preparing nations for success and progress.
