Most companies celebrate Women’s Day with a cake and a quote on the wall. We wanted more than that.
So on March 6th, our Managing Director Mr. R.R. Balasubramanian, Director of Marketing & Finance Mr. T.P. Rajkumar, and Finance Controller Mr. Bharathwaj didn’t just send an email. They walked into the room. They welcomed Mrs. Ramya Devanathan, Founder of Madras Sarees, to the WWL Chennai office.
And she opened up about everything.
The night she almost chose comfort over courage. The products that didn’t work and what they taught her. The reason women who outshine in every classroom slowly fade out of the boardroom.
